Thank you for all the work you did on our series of science books from beginning to end to get them into shape for a professional publication. You were very friendly to work with and kept us informed of the relevant stages the books went through. You were thorough in your editing and we were impressed by your sourcing of the various photographs we asked to be included and the chance to decide which of those photographs to use, when there were multiple views. We also liked the way that you would question some concept we wrote about if it was not clear to you. As authors, having the relevant background in science, we may inadvertently overlook something or fill in the gaps. You were forthcoming in drawing our attention to this as, after all, the books are aimed at students who do not have a deep understanding of the subject. Your ease with the use of technology was another point we noted and this helped to streamline and simplify the whole process.
