It was a great experience working with you on a copyediting assignment. Right from the moment the manuscript was transmitted until the print files were finalised, you were of great help and support throughout the process. Whenever the situation was gloomy, you suggested ways to resolve it with your experience. The authors threw in lots of questions, but you dealt with it beautifully using your copyediting acumen. The project went off track sometimes due to lots of issues, but you worked tirelessly to bring the project back on track. The journey was on a bumpy road but with a smooth ride—it might sound contradictory but that is the fact!
